Can you help with a forgotten Samsung or Android PIN, pattern or password?
Yes. We help with forgotten PINs, patterns and screen lock passwords on supported Samsung and other Android phones. Bring the phone in and we’ll check which options are available for your model.
Will I lose my data if my phone is reset?
It depends on the phone. Some recovery methods require erasing the phone and restoring it from a backup, so a recent iCloud or Google backup can make a big difference. We tell you before we start if a method would erase your phone. We cannot guarantee access to your data.
Can you unlock any phone?
No. Modern phones use strong security protections, so success depends on the model, its security settings and the type of lock. We cannot guarantee access to data or bypass every lock. We assess your phone and recommend the appropriate solution.
My Samsung asks for a Google account after a reset. Can you help?
That is a Google account lock, which is different from a forgotten screen passcode. See our Samsung Google lock removal service, or call us with your phone model.
