What do we need to unlock your phone?

• All we need is your phone’s IMEI
• Go to phone dial pad and type *#06# to get IMEI#
• We can’t process your order without IMEI#. No refund for incorrect IMEI#. Please make sure you have the right IMEI#. Do not get it from the box. Follow our instructions to get the IMEI#.
• Unlock instructions will be emailed to you within 24-72 hours during business hours.

Please note: This service does not remove/unlock Blacklist, iCloud, or Google Lock. This service will only remove the sim lock so you can use your phone with another carrier.
