Common Samsung problems we see
Green or pink line down the screen
Usually a fault in the OLED panel. A screen replacement fixes it.
Cracked glass, screen still works
On curved Galaxy screens the display under the glass often fails next. Fixing it early can stop ink spots from spreading.
“Moisture detected” on a dry phone
Often debris or corrosion in the USB-C port. We check it before replacing anything.
Battery bulging
Stop charging it and bring it in. A swollen battery can push the screen or back glass off.

Repair
Tell us your exact model (Settings › About phone, for example SM-S928W) and choose a genuine or premium screen. We test touch, the fingerprint reader, cameras, charging and signal before you pick it up.
Pick up
Most repairs are ready the same day, often within 1 hour. We’ll let you know when yours is ready.

Do you use genuine Samsung screens?
For most Galaxy models you can choose a genuine Samsung screen or a premium screen that costs less. We show you both prices before we start.
Will my in-screen fingerprint reader still work?
Yes, with a genuine Samsung screen. We test it with you before you leave.
Can you fix the inner screen on a Z Fold or Z Flip?
Yes. Prices are in our online estimator. Some foldable screens are ordered in, and we’ll tell you the timing first.
Can you remove a Google lock from a Samsung phone?
Yes. After a factory reset a Galaxy phone asks for the previous Google account. We can help if you can show it’s your phone.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day, often within 1 hour. Some jobs, such as board-level repairs or parts that need to be ordered, can take longer. Call us with your device model and we’ll give you an idea of timing.
