Will my iPhone show “Unknown Part” after a repair?
With genuine Apple parts installed through Apple’s process, no. With aftermarket screens and batteries, recent iPhones show this message, though the phone works normally. We’ll explain before you choose.
Do I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don’t touch your data. Backing up to iCloud first is always a good habit.
Which iPhone models do you repair?
Most iPhone models, from the iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air back to the iPhone X, including Plus, Pro, Pro Max, mini and SE models. Call us with your model and we’ll confirm.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day, often within 1 hour. Some jobs, such as board-level repairs or parts that need to be ordered, can take longer. Call us with your device model and we’ll give you an idea of timing.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair has a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the original repair fails within 90 days, we fix it free.
